Katexs uses a prepaid credit system. Buy credits, use them for calls and chats, and top up when you run low.

Usage rates
- Voice: about $0.05 per minute, varying by model and voice.
- Chat: about $0.01 per message.
Auto-pause
When credits hit $0, campaigns pause automatically and inbound calls play a "please contact support" message instead of failing silently.
Low balance alert
You get an email alert at $10 remaining, plus a notification in the dashboard bell.
