By initiating a call or chat with our AI demo agents, you consent to this recording, transcription, and storage.
1.4 Information We Process on Behalf of Clients
For businesses that engage Katexs to deploy AI voice agents, chat agents, and CRM infrastructure, we process end-customer data (your clients' customers) strictly as a service provider/data processor on your behalf, in accordance with our agreement with you. We do not own, sell, or independently use this data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested information
- Schedule and conduct strategy calls
- Deliver, operate, and improve our AI voice and chat agent services
- Process and qualify leads on behalf of our clients
- Send transactional communications (appointment confirmations, account updates)
- Send marketing communications (only with your consent, where required by law)
- Analyze and improve our website, services, and AI agent performance
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or security concerns
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Business Transfers: If Katexs is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

Call recordings and transcripts from our demo AI agents are retained for up to 12 months for quality and improvement purposes unless you request earlier deletion.
Client data processed through deployed AI infrastructure is retained according to the terms of the individual client services agreement.
