Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing katexs.com or using any Katexs service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree do not use our services.
2. Services
Katexs AI provides autonomous AI infrastructure builds, GoHighLevel setup and management, and related digital services. The scope of each project is defined in the project brief submitted by the client and confirmed by Katexs before work begins.
3. Payment terms
Payment is processed through Stripe. For DFY projects payment is authorised at project start and released only when the client approves the delivered work. Monthly subscriptions are charged automatically on the same date each month. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
4. Refunds
If your project is not delivered within the agreed timeline you are entitled to a full refund. If you approve the delivered work no refund will be issued. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
5. Intellectual property
All work delivered by Katexs becomes the property of the client upon final payment. Katexs retains no rights to workflows, automations, or systems built for clients. Katexs retains ownership of its platform, brand, and proprietary methodologies.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep project details confidential. Katexs will not share client business information with third parties without explicit written consent. Clients agree not to share Katexs proprietary methods or pricing structures publicly.
7. Limitation of liability
Katexs liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including lost revenue or business interruption.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a monthly subscription with 30 days written notice. Project agreements may be terminated by either party if the other party materially breaches these terms and fails to remedy the breach within 7 days of written notice.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
