Our Services
Katexs is a managed AI services platform. We connect clients with vetted AI specialists from our private network, manage projects end to end, and deliver results through our platform. Katexs acts as the intermediary between clients and specialists.
Project Submissions
When you submit a project brief you are providing accurate information about your business and project needs. Katexs will use this information to match you to the right specialist. We reserve the right to decline any project that does not fit our network capabilities.
Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through our platform. Payment terms will be confirmed in your project scope agreement before work begins. Final payment is released only after you approve the delivered work.
Intellectual Property
All work delivered through the Katexs platform becomes your property upon final payment. Katexs and our specialists retain no ownership of your project deliverables after payment is complete.
Confidentiality
All project information shared with Katexs is kept strictly confidential. We do not share your business information with any third party outside of the specialist assigned to your project.
Guarantee
If work is not delivered to the agreed specification we will revise it at no additional cost or provide a full refund at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Katexs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Katexs after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
